Membership Categories

REALTOR Primary: This membership type is for licensed brokers & agents who are applying as a Primary REALTOR® member. All licensees associated with the broker’s license are required to hold REALTOR® membership with a local association. This membership type includes National Association of REALTORS (NAR), Texas REALTORS (State) & CTCAR local dues.  Full benefits for Primary can be found here.

REALTOR Secondary:  This membership is for a REALTOR® who holds PRIMARY membership in another local REALTOR® Association (Such as ABoR, WCAOR, SABOR, etc) and has remitted state and national association dues through that Association.  These members will enjoy the same benefits of Primary members shown above.

Professional:  This membership is for those TREC licensed agents or brokers who do not wish to join as a Primary REALTOR member but want to gain access to our regular member benefits such as Commercial Platform, Event Discounts, Connections & Networking Opportunities. (Does not include access to Texas REALTOR zipForms).  Full Professional member benefits can be found here.

Affiliate: This membership is for non-licensed (TREC) service providers such as, title, attorney, finance, inspection, appraisal, engineering, consulting who wish to network with Commercial Real Estate professionals.  Full Affiliate member benefits can be found here.
